Equipped for Every Good Work

2 Timothy 3:16-17

Paul reminds us that all Scripture is inspired by God and useful for teaching, correcting, and guiding us. When we seek direction from God, His Word equips us for every challenge we face. The Bible isn’t just a collection of stories; it’s our manual for righteous living and fulfilling God’s purposes. Sometimes, God’s answers to “What should I do?” come directly from the truths we uncover in Scripture. When we are struggling, one of the best ways to find an answer from God is by reading our Bibles. By staying rooted in His Word, we are thoroughly prepared to act in ways that honor Him. Scripture not only points the way but also strengthens us to walk it boldly.

• Can you think of a time when a Bible verse helped you make a decision or provided clarity?
