Noah's Charge

Genesis 6:15

​We all have heard the story of Noah and the Ark. But imagine (without thinking of Hollywood) what it must have been like to hear, directly, from God Himself. Further, imagine if you had been tasked with building an Ark as he was.

Questions for further thought:
1. Seriously, what if God had contacted you about, well, anything?
2. How do you think you would’ve reacted?
Challenge: 
One thing is certain: God talked to Noah, and gave him a charge to build a very, very big Ark. And although it doesn’t happen very often, we must be prepared for the fact that God can choose to directly talk to His children (i.e. – us). We should recognize and acknowledge the fact that even in our day and age, He can still talk to us directly. Regardless of whether He does it that way or not, He certainly has something for us to do in this life just as He did with Noah. Pray to be as obedient as Noah was.
