Contentment Found in the Bread

John 6:25-40

This passage comes after Jesus feeds five thousand.  He is trying yet again to impress on them that they shouldn’t chase after Him because He can feed them physically.  But they should chase after Him because they believe He is the Son of God.  Again, He is asking us to believe in Him and follow Him so they might have the ultimate fulfillment—eternal life.  He never promised a rose garden on Earth, but He does promise an eternal life with Him if only we believe.
