God's Promise of Forgiveness

Matthew 6:14-15

Jesus taught this message to the masses that gathered to hear Him preach in what is known as the Sermon on the Mount. He also mentioned this concept when He gave the disciples an example of how to pray. This teaching has both a command and a promise. We are ultimately responsible for our response when we are wronged by someone else. If we handle it properly, we will receive the same blessing from God that we give to one another.

1. Who is someone you need to forgive?

2. How will it benefit you to forgive them?


​Challenge: Take time to let go of a grudge you are holding onto. It might not happen right away but watch how God works as the Healer.
