Jews & Gentiles

Ephesians 2:14-15

The Jews and Gentiles had reasons for their animosity towards each other. How could their divisions be bridged? Yet, they were bridged by Christ. Our society also harbors hostilities and divisions. Prejudice, hatred, or denigration against other believers dishonors God and the gospel. We’ve been made one in Christ and must strive to live out this truth.  


Questions for further thought:
1. What areas of division between groups of people do you think are the strongest in our culture? 

2. Why do you think that is?   


Challenge: Think about if there are any subtle feelings of superiority in your own life. How can you bridge the gap in your own divisions?
