Looking Forward

2 Corinthians 4:16-18; Hebrews 13:14

Know that the struggles of this world, with this body, will not endure. We press on through them now, knowing that far greater things await us in just a moment’s time. The world is not our home, only something temporary before something far greater. And God has washed you clean of all your shame. The past is no longer what matters, but only pressing on towards the goal. For God is with you to the end of the age.

1. How does focusing on the future goal of heaven affect your day-to-day decisions?
2. How does this future hope affect your view of present struggles?
