Love Each Other

1 John 3:14-19

We all know that Jesus commands us (as His followers) to love each other. Maybe it even sounds a little like a broken record. If this concept is so important, we need to stop and analyze what it means for us personally. Real love involves self-sacrifice, concerning ourselves with the wellbeing of our brothers and sisters in Christ, and meeting their needs. 

Questions for further thought:
1. When have you experienced the tangible love of another believer?
2. How do you feel when you see Christians providing for the needs of their brothers and sisters in Christ?  

​Challenge: Identify a fellow Christian's need this week and love him or her by sacrificially giving of your time, effort, or possessions.
