2/5/2021 0 Comments Planting SeedsChildren are not afraid to be wrong, but they also are so excited when they get it right! We need to have the same enthusiasm when it comes to telling others about Jesus, especially children. Even when kids seem like they aren’t listening, they often still remember the story. There’s also a benefit for teachers; as the saying goes, “If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it.”
Questions for further thought: 1. Do you remember a particular Sunday school teacher who influenced you? 2. Have you spent time teaching your kids or others’ kids about Jesus? Challenge: Consider taking part in children’s ministries at Hillcrest. Even if you only help out once a month, you never know when or how a seed you planted will be watered and bloom later on.
