Serenity Now!

Colossians 3:12

Seinfeld fans hopefully get the reference!  But before the serenity prayer and pop culture jokes, there was the Apostle Paul telling us to put on mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.  You and I need these ‘garments’ today and in the days to come.  We’ll need to let more stuff go and extend much more grace to our family, to our roommates, to people online.  

Which of the ‘garments’ from Colossians 3:12 do you need to put on today?

​Challenge: Let more stuff go today.  Don’t parent or over correct the annoying thing your kid is doing.  Don’t get into a rabbit hole with a Facebook friend over a conspiracy theory.  With God’s power, extend grace, mercy, patience, etc to all you can today.
