Shielded with Joy

1 Peter 1:8-9; Psalm 28:7; Psalm 16:8-9

When we remember that God is with us—whether in trials or triumphs—we find ourselves able to experience true joy. While happiness is dependent on circumstances, our joy rests secure in an unchanging God. Because of our faith in Christ, we can trust that He is always with us and is able to bring us through to salvation. In his presence, there is great joy!
