10/3/2023 0 Comments The AdversaryAs you undoubtedly know, the leader of the opposing forces is Satan. Unlike God, he is not omnipresent, omniscient or omni-anything. But as this passage points out, he is active. He is powerful, he has a purpose, and he commands an army. But he has also been defeated at the cross, and God has given us access to the Holy Spirit and His power to fight against him.
Questions for further thought: 1. How do you respond when you feel like you’re under attack spiritually? 2. What part might/should our spiritual family play in these situations? Challenge: Go to “the Google” and enter “the Lord fights for you.” Copy several of these verses, meditate on them today and keep them as reference for times when you need the reminder.
