11/20/2020 0 Comments Trusting Our Good ShepherdWe are sheep. We are. It’s ok. We don’t know what’s good for us, or we would’ve chosen differently at the Garden of Eden. Thankfully, our Good Shepherd didn’t abandon us. He even came down to die for us. Let’s not forget that sacrifice, and remember that He’s still there for us as our Good Shepherd up in heaven.
Questions for further thought: 1. Do we remember that the Good Shepherd is still among us, each and every second of every day? 2. Is there something we need to give to our Shepherd? Something that He needs to heal us from, yet again? Challenge: “Lord, please get us to see the hurts and sins that we need to give you, so that you can heal us, yet again. Help us to remember you are always with us, and you never leave us (never have left us), and, whatever we need to know or do, please show us how to best return to you, and not be a “lost sheep.” We love you because you first loved us, Good Shepherd. In your name, Amen.”
