You Have Influence

Psalm 78:4; Matthew 5:14-16

In a given day, do you ever think about how your life as a Christ follower has a strong influence on those around you? If you have children in your life, you’ve maybe noticed how they will follow your example in speech, behavior, likes/dislikes and more. This seems especially true the more time they spend with you. Christians can impact the world by telling children and adults about our awesome God.
 

Questions for further thought:
1. What child in your life needs to hear the Good News of Jesus?

2. What are some ways you can help a child grow in his or her faith? 


Challenge: If you’re not training up a child in the way they should go, take steps to do that today. The children in your life need the strong spiritual foundation that only God and His Word can provide. Think about the ways you can positively influence children in your family and at church.
